My Love for Exercise

This past week I was starting to feel very stressed and overwhelmed from school work. I mean lets be real this happens to all college students. When are we not stressed?!

The best way for me to relieve this stress is through exercising. It lets me release all my feelings and emotions that are tightening up my body and making me super tense. I get rid of this negative feeling by running all my stress away either outside if its nice weather I will run down River Street and around campus or on the treadmill at the SRC. Running lets me get into my own world and I have time to myself escaping all the troubles that are bothering me. It lifts my mood up and I feel that I can perform better on my school work.

Next time you are feeling like you are being burdened by school work go exercise, it does not just have to be running but any exercise of your choice can do the trick!
