Grab a friend and some weights!

Having a friend to workout with is always an encouragement. They help motivate you to push harder. I find it useful to have a friend workout with me when doing lightweights. I can never seem to push myself to ever do weights or abs but when I go with a friend we can switch off doing reps together and teach each other different circuit training. We can inspire each other to work harder.

However, when having a friend workout with you it is important they are positive about working out. You do not want to be going to the gym with someone who is going to be negative because that is not going to make you better. You and your friend want to push each other during your workouts. You want to reach out of your limits and try more complex workouts.

I also find it useful when running with a friend because I always want to stop running earlier then I should but I keep going when I am running with someone and get a much better workout! Next time you are going to workout get a friend who works out to go with you and help push each other to be better!
